Human-centered digital experiences

"Good design makes a product understandable. It clarifies the products structure. Better still, it can make the product talk. At best, it is self-explanatory". This "good design" principle from the legendary Designer Dieter Rams is probably the one to which I pay the most attention. My goal is to make your users journey frictionless so that they can enjoy your products and services at the fullest.

Interaction Design

I'm generating positive emotions among your users by enabling them to interact with your products and services in a frictionless way. Designing complex animations can be heavily time consuming so depending on the scenario, either I design the complete interaction to facilitate the integration or I create a simple prototype that serves as a reference and assist the developer to get into the details.

My hands-on approach

I've been through to 3 different agile transformations, being the "User Experience Team of One" or as part of an international team of 50+ designers. I’ve been trained to Lean UX, Design sprints and more. Having gone through these experiences, I strongly believe in the Agile principles and I'm trying to be « responsive to change » rather than applying the rules by the book. Therefore, I prefer a hands-on approach where I’m using the fundamentals of the Design Thinking process and adapt it to the environment I’m working in although it particularly fits when working with scrum teams.

The steps described below are not written in stone but rather an indication of my skills panel. The « assist » tag stands for tasks for which I'm providing support but that I usually don't directly take care of (I don't pretend to be a QA tester nor a Researcher).
